Ulf joined Boyden in 2010 after nearly six years as a Senior Partner in Korn/Ferry International.

Prior to joining this industry, he worked as Managing Director at Adecco Sweden AB, Managing Director at LFV Handling AB, and SVP PK Banken/Nordbanken. He gained valuable experience in the service industry as Managing Director of the Scandic Hotel Ltd, London. Ulf started his career with Shell including as an analyst of long-term trends in the refinery industry at the Shell European head office (the Hague). His late position was a Sales Manager in Shell Chemicals, Sweden.

Ulf holds a BSc in business administration from the Uppsala University. He also completed studies in marketing at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST, UK).
